# Getting Started

The 'A Place for Mom Reputation Portal' is the new home for managing all of your [aplaceformom.com](//aplaceformom.com) & [senioradvisor.com](//senioradvisor.com) reviews.

The portal can be accessed from [reputationportal.aplaceformom.com](//reputationportal.aplaceformom.com) and you can sign in using the same login credentials you used for the SeniorAdvisor.com reviews management portal, which is now no longer available.

## Request access to the A Place for Mom Reputation Portal

If you do not have an existing account on the Place for Mom Reputation Portal (you can check by sending a [‘password reset’ request](https://reputationportal.aplaceformom.com/passwordresetemail)), and you wish to manage your Reviews & Awards on aplaceformom.com please email us with the following information:

- The Organization or Community/Provider you wish to have access to
- Whether you wish to receive ‘new review’ notifications
- Whether you have permission to add replies to reviews

We will then contact you to confirm the above.
