Display your QR code poster in your community and invite families to leave a review via your 'Write a Review' link. These are the two most effective ways to generate reviews for your community. 

How to access your QR code poster

Accessing your QR code poster is a simple process and is done through the Reputation Portal.

1. Log into the portal and select 'Generate & Showcase' in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Select 'Review Us QR Code Poster’.
3. To generate you QR Code Poster, select 'Download' or copy and paste the URL into your browser.

How to copy, paste and share the 'write a review' page URL

Communities can share their 'Write a Review' page URL with residents/clients, their family and friends.  

1. Log into the portal and select ‘Generate & Showcase' in the navigation bar on the left.

2. Select 'Invite to Review'.

3. Select a community to be reviewed. If you have access to only one community, this step will not be necessary.

4. Either copy the link and paste into electronic communications or share the link via email, Facebook, WhatsApp using the buttons provided.

How to order Review Cards 

Review Cards can be ordered through the Reputation Portal.

1. Log into the portal and select ‘Generate & Showcase' in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Select ‘Review Cards’.
3. Enter your details and check the box(es) on the right for the items you would like to order. You can either place an order for individual communities or select the box at the top under Order Cards? in order to request cards for all communities/locations that you support. 
4. Press ‘Place Order’ at the bottom of the page.

Review card orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. 

If you need more than 25 postcards please email your request to reviews@aplaceformom.com. 

Effective October 21, 2022, we will only accept reviews submitted online and on the A Place for Mom updated postcard format shown below. Reviews sent on previous versions of our postcards will not be accepted or counted toward a community or agency's award status.
